You are weird. I would hate to be stuck with my thoughts like that.
haha thanks. Previous manager bought it cause he wanted a new desk. Then proceeded to get fired for spending to much money and not being profitable.

I attempted to drive to the top of Harquahala Mountain on Thursday, but got stopped by a small rock slide a couple curves from the top (I could have moved them myself, but it was cold and muddy and I was whiney). The stair-step rocks were a bit more work due to mud and water. Snow level was ~5000', I made it to 5196'.

I’ll +1 the office space edition of show and tell

fucking spend 70hrs a week here, so don’t mind the mess. Highly recommend the standing desk, by the way. But fuck all the cords of WFH life… :censored:

I just had to find that to try it out, work week is where it's at. I can't get on board with schedule view, maybe I'm not busy enough. :anonymous:

I want a standing desk. I've never tried a converter like you have, but I feel I wouldn't like it as much as a dedicated desk that can raise and lower. I'm assuming you like it ok?

I have most my day booked with appointments as well as having two other of my team members calendars so any other view gets super cluttered haha. This is what it would look like if I was in that view

Try one, if you can, before you spend the money. I had one at a job that provided it, but standing while focusing on the typing and the screens ... too much. Whether is was vertigo or just losing "standing ability" because of split attention ... cannot say. Not saying everyone will have issues, just saying that YourMileageMayVary.

I use a standup at the shop. It's nice when I'm constantly going back and forth from computer to machine to not worry sitting and standing repeatedly, or bending over all the time. Makes things quick. It's also nice on the days that I have to throw hours of programming at a part so I can sit and be comfortable. We all have these Husky adjustable stand-ups at th shop

I have a standing desk at my office and it makes for a nice change after sitting half the day. It has infinite adjustment so you can set it however
