Anyone with any knowledge that can chime in here on these numbers. Got back from the dealer for a rough idle concern and engine noise( that was deemed normal). The engineer said the knock values were high at 26.7 and the fuel trim was low. They claim it’s from to much ethanol in the fuel or additives being used. I’m posting the write up from the dealer and pictures of some of the values of fuel trim with my cheap scan tool. The thing is I’ve been running 93 octane shell or Exxon since I bought the truck. So wouldn’t these numbers be worse or out of spec even more if I was just running regular 87?

Per 2GR-FSE specs, short and long fuel trims are between -15% to 15%. Knock Correction Learning value of 26 is for higher octane fuels in my experience on stock ecu "tune"
    You are not tuned, correct?

I have no idea, but since he said "just a little high" and "a little low" doesn't sound too alarming or confident in the solution. I wonder if Toyota has a spec or a normal value for those two?
If I did know anything about this, that is where I would start "compared to what?" is where my mind goes.

He showed me the spec on the values and they were both out of spec. I just didn’t get the specs from him

hmm, maybe see if you can find gas without ethanal first, run the tank down, fill up, grab receipt and have the dealer perform the test with you there to validate their diagnosis.
That's IF you can find non ethanal, some areas it's easy and some virtually nonexistent. In my case, I have to drive way out rural and buy premium, which I do, if I need to go that far out on that highway,,, but we are talking over an hour out.

Is you scanner able to log the data?
If not, simple fusion obd2 app with Toyota pids and cheap obd2 BT adapter (phone OS specific) will give you ability to log the data and analyze it afterwards.
Get those values from the dealer if possible.
Your idle looks fine, except a bit higher rpms for AT (if AT). I f something is messing your idle , it would be purge valve and some unmetered air that could peg your FTs.
Add MAF in g/sec, add total FT (-0.28 to 0.2 at idle)
Add knock feedback and knock correction learning value.
Add O2 sensors for both banks.

For you, si you know what to look for.
Honestly, I don't understand the connection between knock correction learning value and fuel trims given to you by the dealer.

Maf looks good. Change to gram/sec though.
Use lambda values instead voltage for O2.
Find Evap purge valve. Next time you hear the sound , see if the valve is ON

2.42grams for the mass air flow at idle.

knock learn value is high because you are running 93... this value increases with higher octane fuels- Normal.

Low trims is a good thing.

This service guy doesnt know wtf hes talking about.

Normal. SM states 2.6 to 3.7 g/sec. I have the same number on mine with a different intake. You are good with MAF

Not really sure hard to tell honestly, my main concern is how rough the truck idles. It shakes the cab and I feel like I’m in a massage chair. Wouldn’t 2.4 tech be out of spec though? 2.6 it says is the minimum

Mine does not shake though. That MaF value was since I started looking at it. I had the same thought but the I went to my old logs from 2018, 2019 and can see the same value
