Just got done doing a zoom meeting for 2 people

Yesterday I made a PSA about someone basically committing shitty work/fraud and charging for it

Came to light as I became suspicious of a specific member posting only when someone would need help (noticed it last year)

Suspicions were confirmed when someone that paid him for said services, and was given something worse than how it started. Only found out cause I was messaged for help.

Then another thread pops up calling himself out for having paid someone for shitty work (but he didn't out the person). I reached out and yep, same dude providing shitty work!

Let a mod know and suddenly got more people asking for help on how-tos and just got paid for my time doing a Zoom meeting

Who knew I'd be teaching basic Fusion for side money.

 

She could've been through her whole 90 day probational period most jobs require and then some

And the company would've received some production from it

 

That sounds like a great side hustle.

Wonder if I could do the same thing for programming

 

What languages are you familiar with?

 

I really didn't expect it, as I'm always willing to lend a helping hand

Least I'll pay for a month or zoom (only $16) and offer more help as needed for a tip

 

Primarily C# for desktop/web and backend APIs... But I dabble in many more to keep my options open.

 

You don't sound like you need a side hustle since you've got a great job already

Yeah, keeping up with a 10 month old at 38 is anything but a cake walk

Being 40 and chasing a toddler....well that's a problem for future Nelson

 

can't wait just going to swap spending every spare minute from working on the house to changing diapers.

Hopefully my former career of professional offshore sailing has prepared me enough to make decent decisions while running on zero minutes of sleep.

 

Or, you might be one of the lucky ones where he sleeps all night (at least from 2 months old up to 10 so far)
