Toyota Trucks of Arkansas will be teaming with the Razorback Land Cruisers Club to help celebrate the Razorback Ramble's 25th anniversary

That's right, the Ramble is now in its 25th year.

Join us for a weekend of food, camping, UNLIMITED off-roading, and friends at Hot Springs Off-road Park from May 30th - June 2nd.

More to come about the registration link. Many of our members have already made reservations with HSORP for tent camping, RV, and cabin rentals.

 

For Toyota owning U of A Alumni, Students, and Razorback fans, ten (10) RazorTEQ wall hangings will be raffled off for charity.

Also, if anyone is planning to camp, park an RV, or stay in a cabin at Hot Springs Offroad Park, reservations can be made now by calling the park. A few of us make our park reservations 1 year in advance for the Ramble in June and the Crawl in October.

Chip do you know of any organizations in Hot Springs that have a kitchen with a large over that would agree to let the Razorback Land Cruisers heat some big foil pans of Lasagna or Ziti to be eaten at the Razor Back Ramble Friday, May 31st? I'm looking for a church or organization hall with a big kitchen and ovens capable of heating several foil pans.

 

I don't. Wish I could help! My first ex-wife lives down there, but I can vouch for the fact she can't even heat an oven.

 

There is the lake Hamilton bible camp on 7s, just south of the lake. May give them a shout. Or possibly that church on 70 right before you get to the bypass.

Hello Arkansas people. We're hoping to visit the Ozarks during the Eclipse April 8th and I'm curious if anyone has any Intel. Do you think it will be possible to find a primitive campsite if we go far enough off the beaten path? I've never been to the Ozarks so I don't know what to expect. I'm doing as much research as I can but not really getting a clear answer.

 

Primitive camp sites are all over the place in the Ozarks, shouldn't be a problem finding one. We went out opening day of hunting season and still found one, although it was pretty crowded. Just give yourself time to find one and don't be afraid to pass one up and look a little further for a better one.
