On other hand, please do check maf. Your calc load is to low for the rpms. I'm showing 22 at 564 rpms. Check without any load. And will check mine without any load

we dont have MAP, so toyota uses MAF to calculated it. Also look at the Vehicle Load. Also, check for misfires during rough idle. Does your scanner have Mode $06?

Where I am 93 octane is highest octane available, also has highest ethonal. I would definitely suggest switching fuel companies and try 87 octane for a bit. It's worth trying. Not going to get into a fuel grade debate.

You also seem to run additives and other chemicals to address something that might be normal.

The V6 doesn't idle perfectly, especially when its cycling. They might be putting a large story together just to get you to leave and hopefully accept the truck as it is.

I get that these trucks don’t idle perfectly smooth but mine is very rough at idle. The cab shakes pretty bad. None of my other 3rd gens did this. I filled up tonight with 87 octane and the idle seems to have gotten rougher. They did schedule time for a FTS to put some time into it

My scan tool can’t look for misfires. The dealer said they checked for history and current misfires today and none were detected

There us a difference. Misfires that set a code and misfires that happen occasionally and won't set a code.
Get fusion obd2 phone app. Entire cost is around 30 with adapter. you can get a broader view and better UI

This is better than scroll through the data on your scanner.
The other area to look is Idle Speed Control and its feedback and learning values. See if you scanner have those. I asked a while ago if you see rpms fluctuations.

I bought the app on the App Store and ordered the “mid range” plug in thing for the obd2 port. My scan tool shows fluctuations of the rpm bouncing up and down but my tachometer doesn’t move

So for now, get a baseline for Calc load , maf and rpms at idle with no load(lights, air, etc)
    You are AT?

Yes automatic transmission. V6 4x4. 2800 miles. Who knows maybe the truck just needs to wear in . I really do appreciate your help man. I’ll wait for this field tech to look at my truck and wait for the scan port to come that I ordered. Take it from there. Or worse case scenario wait until the engine light comes on. Thinking about buying a new MAF sensor and just putting it on to see if anything changes if not I’ll keep the other one for back up in the future

I don't feel I have tons to add but, your fuel trims look alright. Rarely are they a perfect 0% across the board. If they are within 5% of zero I keep looking and 10% of zero I take note of but don't pursue unless I have reason to believe it's the cause of my issue. Knock value looks fine along with everything else. Commanded vs actual fuel pressure is a little off but if anything it's pulling fuel not adding to compensate so I would also bypass that one.

If I were the technician here I would do a relative compression test, loosen and retorque the spark plugs then try driving it hard for a bit to see if maybe there is a little build up causing your rough idle.

Thanks for the insight. Are you a Toyota tech? Why would there be build up on a new truck? It idled rough from day 1

It's semi-common with new vehicles to have build up when new, especially when they get delivered in the winter time. Usually caused by the constant starting and stopping to load onto and off the transport truck, drive into and out of the shop for a PDI and into and around the show room and lot along with how many other times it was started and stopped around the factory. Same reasons a dead battery is somewhat common on new vehicles when dealers don't put them on a charger occasionally.

Most people don't come back and complain but where I live a highway drive isn't uncommon and aside from the reserves around, the first gas station from me on the highway is a 2 hour drive away.

When people do come back for that concern usually a hard drive until the idle smooths out is what's needed.

Thanks buddy. I’m trying some amsoil fuel additive. Maybe I’ll take it up a steep hill and give her some throttle. I’m not blind to this stuff I’m a collision A tech in our shop but all my knowledge and professional career has been repairing and learning about collision repair. Completely different animal. Granted I pull engines, do suspension work , dash work you name it if needed to fix the vehicle damaged but I’ve never diagnosed technical concerns like you service techs

I would avoid any fuel additives until you get it sorted out with the dealer. If they need to pull a fuel sample they will surely try and blame the additive.
