You guys are working so hard on your trucks, I felt like I should do something so I washed the air filter. This thing has saved me some money.

Thank you for the info. I did install stainless braided brakelines in rear but not the front yet. Maybe after replacing the front lines it will be less spongy.

    Too few to list.
At least you’re not having issues with the parking brake getting stuck or maybe that’s more common than I thought.

That’s on my to do list and read it should help with stiffening up the brake pedal feel when you do front and rear.

The auto adjuster on the rear brakes does not do the job, nothing moves, easy to become stuck.

that is where mine is, though I may move mine up towards the bed pocket above the fender arch. just incase I manage to like drop the back end on a boat ramp or something. plus it be nice to be able to see it and don't want to put it in the fuel door area.

I have one of those in my truck, I love it. You can hear it sucking in air in the cab. Sounds like a supercharger when you get into it. Those things let lots of air in your engine for the factory air box style. I've seen engineering explained on YouTube do a dyno with stock style compared to the k&n stock style, gained 2-3 wheel hp. Obviously you won't notice that, just goes to show how restrictive the oe style is

They are good at flowing at suck at filtering. Not worth it in the long run IMHO

Just be sure you clean it often. The oil is what helps to filter

Supposedly, if you wash it and don't re oil it, it doesn't filter at all.

Was your grill chrome? If so, did you follow any process? Always wanted to paint my grill but heard painting over the chrome was tricky.

The cleaner it is the worse its filtration, and the oil is what gunks up your MAF sensor. No thanks, but to each their own

Yeah I replaced the whole thing with a grille off of eBay. They are still on there but way more expensive now. Every body shop we deal with at work won’t even try to paint over chrome.

    I like a subtle troll.

I used to have a Civic Si (EP3) and I got asked all the time if it was a hybrid. I'd say no, it actually gets the worst gas mileage of all the Civics.
