I take it that means that side is a bitch to change out? My turn is coming up this summer.

Driver side is more hidden and some remove a cover to make it easier. Get a 24 inch socket extension, and a magnetic (not friction) hold spark plug socket, preferably that swivels at the end.

Stopped by the "die cast" store at the mall since I had to go to the Apple store. The nice man had found this in the back room. Mine is white (for now, at least) and a 2022 and no sunroof and no silly black decal in the middle of the hood. But at least he had it. :D:bananadance::yay::yes:

If you want to get really stupid detailed crazy about it, on your final pass cascade from the top of the window down. And remove the polish from the top down so when water is on your windshield while driving, it isn’t stepping “up” the polish.. been doing this for decades.. I don’t use my wipers unless absolutely necessary. Also take any residue from you rag and give the blades a quick pass. Do the back windows!

I cared about such things when I lived NOT in the desert. I have not opened an umbrella in 3 years in PHX.

No, not w/ dropped air pressure. I am quite certain that if I grind against a rock I will tear the vinyl overlays and accept that risk. The kit came w/ an extra wheel's worth of overlays, and you put them on individually per spoke so I think it would be easy to fix.
Of course it will not be as durable as a quality wheel as it is purely cosmetic, but it was inexpensive and has held up perfectly to my mild off-roading and the nasty winter roads. I also smoke-tinted my tails and then decided to replace them with the pro-style ones since I liked the look. Vinyl is a cheap way to try out new things. I also painted my rear bumper with PlastiDip and didn't expect it to last but it's on it's second winter and still looks perfect.

Couldn't wait for the weekend so the rears are on. Left the Eibach 1" block for now, will assess after the front install and see if I'll swap in the 1/2" after.

My advice, start on the driver side. Once that's done, the passenger side is a breeze. The hardest one to get out will be driver side closest to the front of the engine.

Team Oil Drip has a very good video on YouTube on the spark plug removal.

24 inch extension is good, make sure to get a swivel magnetic spark plug socket like Rabbit suggested.

Also, I found it easier to loosen the one bracket on the driver side near the cab by going through the wheel well.

The coil clips were the problem for me. Just they did not want to come undone.

When I first bought my truck. I lent my truck to my brother so he can move into his new home. Unfortunately my brother forgot to clip the ball in on the u-Haul trailer. Which resulted in him hitting a bump and the trailer falling off and one of the safety chains catching (one side was longer than the other) the truck only had 5600 miles on it. And today I fixed the bent chain loop.
