    Easily one of the best NEIPAs ever. Every one seems perfectly done and I haven’t found much that comes close.

    True story: after years of not being able to get my tastebuds to accept IPAs it was a brewery tour at Sierra Nevada that finally did it. They literally hypnotized me in the hop room. Most amazing method of introducing different hops to our senses. About a week later, I started getting cravings out of nowhere. Haven’t fully quenched it since!!

    Seems about right man!
    Firestone Walker Union Jack is the one that got me.
    The fresher you can find it the better, although IPA originated in cast from Shipping overseas and barrels cuz it hold the alcohol and hold its taste longer they have definitely excelled from 100 years ago
