I live below campus so the climb up is the fastest way to get to singletrack unless I ride over to EMT and UConn which I don’t really enjoy. Whereas StarWars up or down is one of my favorites. It was in pretty good shape yesterday. But it’s already raining again :(

Just sold my 2019 Giant Trance 2. Was the first "real" mountain bike I bought. Got me through a lot of firsts. first pro line. first bike park day. first time needing stitches cus of mountain biking, first helmet cracked. You get the jist.

Was just collecting dust so figured why not pass it on. gave the guy a decent deal I think. used it to get 2 friends into mtb until they bought their own bikes too.

Now I just need this fucking snow to melt. weak winter has me low on snowboarding stoke and ready to be back on the MTB. Although every season my knee can handle less and less pedal rides. And hoping the orbea wont chew through derailleur hangars and front chain rings as fast this season. If it does it may be time to just get a transition sentinel or trek slash. True enduro. Don't care how well it pedals if I'm doing 75% bike park

but the new generation of rallon does look damn good... the stupid in me likes to go do a 15 mile pedal ride that takes half the day with some friends and eat lunch on the trail cus why tf not

I earn the most miles by paying $500 for a season pass :)

hard to argue with more miles in one day than I could get in 2 weeks when pedalling

This just jumped to the forefront of my choices for a new hardtail. I was considering the Neuhaus Hummingbird or the Turner Nitrous (still am undecided) but the adjustable drop outs on the Tirade kinda bumped it to #1 for me.

Overly ambitious and I’m trying to get a St. George spring break trip in. Stationary bike in the gym will be my cardio from here on out trying to build the legs. But hopefully snow will melt and I can get out on some actual trails here before that trip

It counts as Toyota, remember Lexus only really exists so Toyota could import more vehicles here in the 80s.

And I would definitely drive the Lexus too

Even if you can't take it out on the trails proper, you should still stop in and check it out. They let me try everything and go out around their neighborhood.

NFD! frame arrived, just waiting on bb and cranks to arrive.
NBD will be next week! This frame is so light should crush the ups.

Edit: build version 1.0 I'm shooting for sub 25lbs. Mostly aluminum parts.
Version 2.0(race ready) I'll be shooting for 20lbs, so I'll be swapping bars, stems, wheels, tires, dropper?

Bro- This rain. I was supposed to go home this coming week but changed my plans once I saw the forecast. Right now, it's nice in the Southeast.

The way I read it was that some of them were "moving on" but they collectively still existed. But that could be wishful thinking that bike companies aren't struggling.
Either way it's sad to hear.
