It is right in the middle of max and min lines. I just had to add some a week or 2 ago.

    Not on his truck.

OP, if you had to add fluid, chances are you have a leak. It could be the cylinder, rusted line, etc.

    How does the pedal feel?

and since you had to add fluid you could have gotten air in the line so try bleeding it?

It could be air, it could be a bad cylinder or clutch master cylinder. If the pedal goes to the floor without resistance and the fluid level remains full, it's the clutch master cylinder.

If the pedal has resistance but softens up and the fluid level is dropping, then there is a leak which could be the slave cylinder or line.

The clutch has the same pressure all the way down. It also seems to have a vibration when depressed and then released.

Is that pressure the same as when it was working?

Clutch fluid won't just magically disappear. If you see no leaks in the lines, the slave cylinder is leaking. This also means that your clutch might be soaked with fluid. If so, it's toast. Clutch and slave cylinder replacement is the only way to go. Don't bother soaking it anything, it doesn't get enough fluid out of the friction material.
Inspect the clutch and let us know what you see.

I would look at the slave cylinder. It's on the left side of the tranny and connects to the fork. Look for leaking fluid. Have someone press the clutch pedal to see if a leak is visible.

If it doesn't move and there on leak, it is more than likely the clutch master.

i have the same issue going on with my tacoma. i have no leaks and the fluid level is good. the fluid is kinda dark so i was thinking of changing it. the fluid can not get on the clutch disk if it is leaking from the slave. the only way anything can get to the disk is if your rear main crank seal is leaking. this problem has come and gone on my truck for the last 2 days. it seems like if i pump the clutch and let it slip for a few seconds it will go away. it makes me think that one of the little springs has fallen out of the clutch disk and is wedging itself in between the disk and pressure plate or the flywheel. i am not really looking forward to pulling it appart but i dont see any other option. i have about 160000 miles on mine i think it's the orignal disk. i had the trans out at 130k to replace the front bearing in the trans i don't remember if i did the clutch at that time it was about 6 years ago.

My fluid is a lil dark. The problem i am having is that it will not evin slip. I will try to start it in gear with the clutch fully depressed and the truck will move...

I'd go ahead and replace the slave and master cylinder, especially at that mileage. Thats probably your problem.
