Getting a little personal shop time in today. I sold my large format CNC router, so I disassembled the enclosure I had built for it. Im also redoing my dust collection system to get better performance and easier access for maintenance. It will be nice to get the back 1/3 of my shed shop back and build some more work bench space.

Also, I gotta give a shoutout to my Wifey!!!! She has been so awesome and supportive of my endeavors. Pushed my and encouraged me in taking my business full time. And was always by my side and supportive with things not panning out and my stresses of looking for a new job.

Was laid up for about 3 months. When I finally started moving I charged up the battery on the Ranger but before I started it I decided to check the air filter box. Sure enough the tree rats chewed the front plastic screen piece off. (That’s some kinda hard thick material) Then they proceeded to pack the air box full of pine cones etc. after eating all the filter paper pleats. Only thing that stopped ‘em was the metal filter screen ffs.:annoyed:
Be eaten those with hands tied behind my back even. About the only time I’d ever not say “Look Ma, no hands”

No pics. I glued and screwed and it was chaotic but it will be better. I learned a lot tonite. Big joints dry is different fit than big joints wet with glue.

Mrs Green doesn't actually touch the t-stat, she is just cold all winter unless I am almost to the point of heat exhaustion.

In the car she wears her coat + a blanket & my coat over that - I'm wearing a shirt and melting. :bananadead:

I installed a programmable t-stat a few years ago. Programmed it to the Mrs.
preferences …. That lasted about a week. She’ll raise the temp during the day, lower it at night and when it’s not where it should be, implies I changed it….

Same here. I'll work 12 hours, go home...within 20 minutes she's asking me if I messed with the temp.

I fixed my thermostat adjustment problem.
Last time HVAC came for a check up, i had him do a simple switch of thermostats. So, when my lovely wife adjusts the zone one (downstairs) thermostat, nothing happens. Both zones are now controlled from the upstairs thermostat which is fine, I am the only one who goes up there. She adjusts it to her heart's content and it magically stays a good temp, unless I go upstairs and adjust it. 40 years of marriage teaches you things. She is happy to adjust things and I am happy the temp is not 80 degrees one minute and sixty degrees the next.
If I do see she is too cold or hot I will sneak upstairs and adjust it to keep her comfortable, just not in 10 degree increments like she adjusts. From 69 to 71 is a big change for me lol.

Known scientifically that there’s about a 2 degree difference in perception between genders. Others identified differently I wouldn’t have a clue about. :notsure:
