Literally double the power and they engage way higher on the pedal. No more low soft pedal for me:bananadance:

Couldn’t have done it without you!
Extending that fluid sensor wire after the the sun comes up and I’ll start cleaning up the wires today as well.

Paging @JDUB-Fabrication (don't know if Joel is checking TW) we've been talking about doing GX bumpers for a while now but with him down and out for the next few months maybe we'll have you help us out...

Any Syracuse/CNY guys interested in trying to get a mod day in the near future? Even better if you have lift experience.

I have an Ironman lift sitting in my garage that I bought on Black Friday. Did not need it, but it was a good deal. Now I just need the motivation to start taking it apart and hoping that I can complete it in a weekend. Coil overs are already assembled. Just need kick in the ass to get it started and start soaking with some PB Blaster.....

Of course, wouldn't mind helping anyone on any other projects!

Also, we should try and get another BHM trip planned this spring!!??

One more thing - in watching "how to" videos on youtube, there was a guy doing a lift install at a "DIY" Garage, that you could rent their lifts so the truck could be at a more workable level. Anyone know of anything like this in the area?

The one garage I knew of that did changed hands and doesn’t allow it anymore. Huge risk for them. Best bet is make friends with someone that has access or buy one and charge us to come use it:boink:

In for all of the above!! For the NY mod day gotta be warm ish!

@drmk24 , gotta ask… how’s your rust situation? Maybe wise to get new hardware to have as a backup on hand. We’ve been stopped before because of it.

Your confidence is encouraging. I'd be down for both...Just want to get the lift and new tires on before BHM. If y'all are serious and want to take a trip up to the area, let me know what dates work for you and we might be able to work something out. I don't mind doing a little traveling myself too.

I do have access to an indoor garage. Just probably shouldn't show up with too many people, as it's not "mine." But yes, I'm not trying to do this when its 20 degrees out either.

Truck is a 2012 that has lived in upstate NY, so it has seen plenty of salt. But overall, it's actually not terrible or even that bad. I have undercoated every year since I have had it in 2018. I will start soaking in PB Blaster as soon as I have a more solid plan moving forward. New hardware would probably be smart though. Thanks for the heads up.

Do your front coils have new top hats? AAL or a new pack? The less you have to swap over the easier this gets, but we should be able to install this with plenty of time to spare. We did mine (6112/5160 and a new leaf pack) and John's hammer hangers in a couple hours

When’s the last time your alignment was done or the bolts came out? Good day for that, lower nuts and bolts for the coilovers… if it has rust on it now order it up. If your not sure post up some pics, might have some part #s for you too.
