I wonder if it has to do with the HD springs? @81Trekker was Morgan’s truck with the standard set? I just saw his IG and his wheelbase doesn’t look shorter.

That ride height shown was the first time back on all 4 wheels after lowering the lift all the way down and not what its really at now. I just got back home after driving 2.5 hours from the shop. Ill get some pictures tomorrow at work during day light and see how the angles look.

Edit: The Spring Perches have one hole for the leaf pack centering pin, probably be a good idea if they had 3 holes. I think our solution will be to drill a new centering hole on each perch to bring the axle back.

None of that. Have them fix it. That issue was non existent prior. Are you on stock rack or tundra rack?

Were the shocks used? If they were new they would at least come with the valving specs on the box or tagged on the shocks. For reference my Kings were same valving.

Here's the ride height after about 120 miles of straight highway

Stock rack. I’m a 10 hour drive from the shop and usually do most my own work so happy to poke around a lil’ before trying to trek back down, just to make sure I have a good description of the issue.

But I’ll chat to’em next week.

EDIT: Yeah, definitely something up. If I accelerate in reverse, I get the grinding sound and the steering wheel hits a hard stop and clunks at certain angles.

Alrighty, multiple people report that the 934’s actually make contact with the rack housing or surrounding area. I personally have address it on @lit_taco4x4 truck.

Pull the lower skid plate. Check to see if the 934 inner hub is rubbing the pivot kit. Something of mine shifted and I had to shim my front diff for clearance.

Forgot about this. Wonder if replacing the front diff mounting bushings/rubber isolators would make a difference?

Good call. The snow is meant to let up tomorrow so I'll pull the skid and take a look. It's a pretty horrific grinding sound so I suspect it's something to do with the axle seating in the diff so I'll call Jesse tomorrow and see... but would be nice if it was something simple.

It doesn't, remember the bushing has a fused inner sleeve.

@MonkeyProof to give a my numbers. With the truck light right now. Aka very minimal for DD. With my super scientific iPhone angle finder. My shackles are 28-29° at right height. 3/4 tank fuel.
    H70D and 9” shackle.

Right on!! Ill take a peak later and get an angle hopefully tonight. Im so busy at work I havnt had time to look anything over yet.

One thing I'd like to know is the distances of the Top Shackle Bolt with the Hanger in the most forward position and the front Leaf Spring Bolt between the Non Frame Brace kit and The Frame Brace Kit. Trying to figure out why my wheel base decreased so much.

That I couldnt help much. But my rear shackle mounts are in the middle position. Planning on moving them to the one spot forward to see if it lifts its a little bit. Or rear? Idk, have to call to verify

They were..that's supposedly the industry standard. I was expecting the charge to be low. My buddy has some stories about what's been seen when opening up customers shocks for rebuilds.
