If your current wheels are alloys it will fit.
Stem angle might be different if you have steelies though

They are alloys. Got this today:
OEM (Toyota) Part Number 42607-02050 & 42607-06030 share the same protocol. In factory configuration they both have metal valve stems and the reason for the different part numbers is because they are different manufacturers. Originally Toyota offered 2 fixed metal valve stem sensors from the same manufacturer that shared the same communication protocol as one was for Alloy wheels and the second for Steel wheels and the only thing different is the valve angle. As for your application, there is OEM Part Number 42607-04020 for Steel wheels and 42607-02050 for Alloy wheel however, they also share the same protocol but in reality, you can use either in your application Rubber or Metal.

You can transfer them and if they need to be rebuilt, the tire shop will do it (at an extra cost)

You’re getting a nice wider stance from the wheels. Can’t wait… I’m doing BF KO2.

    You should
Be fine . I had my sensors pulled out of stock alloy wheels and put into aftermarket (SCS) wheels and popped right in. The shop I used for tires says they do it a lot on Toyotas who get after market wheels and tire swapping .

I had new FN Pro wheels installed at Discount Tire and just purchased a new set of TPMS's so I could sell my take off alloys complete, ready to intall.... "DT" has Toyota replacement sensors in stock at my location for roughly $62.00 ea and they programmed them on the spot for free. The TPMS's they used act exactly as the OE sensors and will maintain their proper link even when the tires are rotated. DT guaranteed the installation and provides lifetime balance and rotations included with the install price.
Here's a link to my intial post with the specs for my install:

I’ve been told by Discount that the OE sensors in the sport wheels will be just fine for the Sema wheels. I’ll know for sure on Tuesday.

Shop is charging $10 per wheel to remove the sensors. It’s $60 for each new sensor, if I need to go that route.

He was trying to get over on me. A tech came over and said “all she needs is a stem kit on each and the stock sensors will work.” Jack Azz wasn’t too happy but that kid saved me a fortune at $14 per. I feel like complaining but we’ll see. I wanted everything done at dealer and in the books for future reference. Thx for input…

Correct. Basically instead of having to buy the 4Runner sensors, all that was needed was 4Runner stem kits to convert the Tacoma sensors to 4runner sensors that work in the Tacoma…
