Got a couple new ones this week. GEC Urban Jack with elderberry jigged bone and a Lionsteel Dom with ram horn covers. I can’t lie, the Lionsteel is a superior knife.

 

New to me, wanted some with more than just a blade

Top is a vintage Imperial camp knife (already paid for itself at a bbq last weekend opening cans, beers, and food packages)

bottom is a GEC Johnny on the Spot and the quality is super nice

IMO, L.L. Bean reached an Apex with this particular knife. I have used it camping, fishing, hiking, white water canoe trips and it's just always there and ready... perfectly balanced, overbuilt. A quick dressing with a diamond sharpener and it's back to new. (you can't shave with it... Sasquatch-type myth that one imo)

Looking for recommendations for forged steak knives. Just had my first tomahawk and realized my wife and I need some sweet cutlery for special meats.
