In a year or two they will all be sun faded on one side. Interesting concept though. Mine have done that in the house with sunlight coming through the bedroom window. I just hung one off my mirror in my Tacoma. I anticipate a similar fate.

 

Few from this weekend...and the last pic is from my son-in-law...his grandpa gave them to him. Nothing to fancy....more sentimental the yellow charger is my favorite.

 

Top left.. the Crane truck or tow truck.. and I believe the ambulance next to it... Those look really awesome.. any chance we can see a better photo of those two ?

Well, they are Velcro’d down. So I can have the fade equally!!! lol. But yea I figured that would happen.

I haven’t posted anything because I’ve been so dam busy. I still have to send you and a few others some cars. I’ll post some pictures of the ceiling I have been working on in The hot wheels room

 

After painting the room a darker color the ugly popcorn ceiling stood out even worse. I could see the tape marks so I knew if I scrapped it I would have to mud and sand it making more of a mess. I bought these ceiling planks from Armstrong Ceilings with their easy up track system.

 

Screw the tracks to the ceiling into the joist.
