Unless you go through a bunch of water crossings with the hybrid.. Toyota has corroding rear hybrid connector in the rav4 hybrids...

 

The truck isn't even out yet and you can't go through water ? The Rav 4 has nothing to do with the 2024 Land Cruiser.

 

Yes it does. If Toyota cant keep water out of hybrid connectors in the city goer Rav4 than you what makes one think the LC will be different.

Time will tell.

 

Please post links to evidence that the 2024 Land Cruiser will have the same water intrusion issues as the Rav 4

The hybrid Tundra would be a better indicator if this was an issue.

 

You would hope so, anybody with a stuck KDSS valve on a 200 series would probably disagree with you about Toyota being even remotely proactive about a known issue.

I would also argue that manual transmission throwout bearing issues were common in both the Tacoma and the FJ cruiser, which means Toyota can fuck up two models at the same time because they use the same shit parts.

 

Was just at Lexus dealer, wife getting RX and I'm looking at a new 2023 GX in Caviar with tan interior, both beautiful and the GX has the tried and true 4.6L V8, 4R might be history if the numbers are right.
And dealer discounting GX -$5000 off msrp
