Kelly and I found ourselves in DE last night. If you haven't been, highly recommend this place. It's fairly small so definitely make a reservation

Good morning Delaware + surrounding areas.

    Hey Eric, @VXEric

    Thanks for the recommendation!

I'm off today...we are having our bathroom rebuilt after a water leak claim last year...yeah, it took a while! lol

Flooring was installed on Friday and today, contractors are putting the floor trim back on as well as installing new double sink vanity and reinstalling the toilet.

Welp, I was told today that next week the weather will warm up a bit.

Not sure if it's true but if so, I'll see if it's nice enough to install my Bed Stiffeners.

I've got some black paint to paint the holes I drill...and I'll need a round thin file to smooth the edges.

A trip to HF may be in order.

    How was everyone's day?

Busy. I’m hoping that it’ll be warm enough to wash, clay, polish and ceramic coat my wife’s car. Need to make sure to protect the Toyota while paint and keep it looking good.

with a few warm days coming up, I’ve been thinking I can get my wife’s Grand Highlander cleaned, clayed and ceramic coated.
I might just go to one of the self serve car washes rather than deal with getting my stuff out and all. I would bring my own bucket, soap and wash mitt. No way would I use the brushes they have and scratch up the paint.

once that’s done, I’ll drive home and clay bar, polish and coat.

so, is it an AH move to take extra time in the wash bay to wash by hand?

    Safe travels!

    Thanks for the feedback/updates.

It's been cold in the mornings so been utilizing the remote start at 6:15am; I leave for work at 7am.

Looking forward to warmer weather if it happens...it's almost Friday!

Went out for gathering tonight; folks from my wife's workplace...very entertaining at the Green Turtle in Dover.

    Feeling chill now...

    Well, dang!

For $2K that car is in great shape...even with the minor problems.

Had a nice bidding war going on. It actually sold for more. $2k would've been the friends/coworker/tw price lol

I might try and wash, clay, polish and coat my wife’s car tomorrow but it still might be a little too cold.

Unless I find a local place with a reasonable price. So far, 1800 and 2300… at that price I gotta do it myself

    @hyrule_trd Hey Eric,

How'd it go today with wife's car?

    Our couple's massage was great!

I told my masseuse she was the "Best" since going to this Apothecary.

My wife's jaw was bothering her but after her massage, the soreness went away!

Hit up the Nike Store in Rehoboth and wife treated herself to new walking shoes & track suit (British term).

Lunch at Touch of Italy and then DeweyBeer Co for a flight and take home beers.

    Enjoy your Saturday!
