Beat on this thing a little bit last night. Took it down some trails that used to beat the crap out of the truck and make me hit my head on the roof. The truck is completely different. It just sails over bumps. Even big dips into “ramps”, it just soaks it all up. Me and my buddy were hysterically laughing at how much of a difference it is now. I guess two years and an incomprehensible amount of money was worth it in every way. This is so much fun….

20230509_172012.jpg Do you want your rear wms to wms narrower than the front?
How much difference should they be?

ECGS had me go 1/2" narrower in the rear.
    +5.5" front RCLT
    +5" rear

Little bit narrower rear helps the truck track straighter in the dirt.

narrower rear also promotes over steer. wider rear pushes the truck and causes under steer.

Just measured mine. I'm 86 front and 83 rear. Measured from the bottom outside most tread on the tires on each side

Aight. This is the most fun thing in the world. Averaged about 40-45 mph. Video really doesn’t do justice. I need an outside the truck video or with chase truck or something.

Are you guys seriously telling me that it gets better than this? My shocks are untuned, and I’m this blown away. IT GETS BETTER THAN THIS????

I feel like I’m late to the party and everyone else here is like “yeah dumbass, what did you expect?”

Tuning can easily pick up 10-20mph with the right changes and sections !

also love that the first Break in oil change is done in the dirt. You wasted no time using the truck for what it was made for !

I’m trying to trust this truck again. After the first and second motor it’s difficult. Had to just jump in the deep end and go 60 miles one direction off road and not look back. And no issues!

I haven’t seriously been off-road in almost 2 years soooo I was dying to get back out there.

I can only imagine the feeling haha!
I’ve only followed maybe the last 6months here and there — but you’ve put in the time cash and tears for sure.

better perspective on how quick this thing is.

I’m probably getting annoying. But I’m just crazy excited about this thing.

Nah not annoying at all, I love how excited you are. We’ve all been there before about something in our life at some point and it’s fun to talk about it.

Questions for those with the JDfab SUA/shock towers. Are the shock towers bolt on?
