My Delton California Sport AR, once made California Compliant, maintains its ability to be semi-automatic. The modification is for loading and reloading only.
I can hit 400 yards all day long with my rifle, (If I haven't had too much to drink the night before!)

Picked up the gun itself today actually. Waiting for the DD guard to come in snail mail and the rail covers should hopefully follow soon after, eBay seller for it hasn’t shipped since I ordered last week…

Oh sorry idk the waiting period also included long guns. On the bright side at least you have it now. I take apart every one I get and clean it really good before first shots. Probably not necessary but it’s fun

That's better? Those fins don't interest me. You DO NOT have to go with that style of handgrip to have your AR be California Compliant.

I put a new hand guard on. Compared to the Vietnam style plastic, IMO, it’s better.

And the grip doesn’t bother me other than aesthetics. Paper targets don’t care what my gun looks like.

99% of us run featureless rifles to have the ability to use standard capacity magazines. Yes Its looks stupid as shit, but with an ambi saftey, weapons manipulation is still very intuitive and natraul.

To me, featureless > fixed mag. Flash hider, grips and stocks have negligible effects over shooting accuracy, especially in CA. Were not in a warzone where you need to shoot at target 200m away on a regular basis. Rather be able to use standard mags and spend less time splitting my gun in half to reload. Of course, all of this is MO.

Came with covers that are on there, plus I have magpul covers coming for each side on it's way. Just can't decide between angle grip or hand stop. Thoughts?
