Good eye! They're the XLT's and I'm loving them. I was so over the Nitto RG wah wah wah down the highway. The Coopers are dead silent, and the truck steers, stops, and accelerates noticeably better.

 

Same here. I have never even touched the right knob.

 

I hear you. Changing channels I use SWC. Volume I use the knob. Don't know why. Nostalgic? Oh, and my SO likes the knobs for making her personalized adjustments.

Today was a long day, used my local garage “U wrench it” and my go to rust prevention product from rustoleum and CRC. First spot painted the rusty spots on the frame and parts, then painted CRC rust inhibitor to the entire frame.

 

Ordered this from Amazon. Have so much shit piled up on the console can't find anything.

 

That's a CLEAN undercarriage!!!

Next oil change I'll have to take a pic of my truck on the lift to see if I can compare. lol

Thank you, when I first got it 1 week ago as a Certified Pre-Owned, there was some rusty components that concerned me: Inner CV axle, front diff, and steering components around that area. They were all rusted on the surface, very strange because other parts looked fine. Anyway, once I lifted the vehicle and did a thorough check underneath, I was able to sleep better at night, the frame were in good condition, just need to touch up on some of the seams that had little rust developed. Also sprayed rust reformer on the above mentioned parts. Hopefully that is it for the rusting, and I want to keep my frame away from rust as much as I can.
This method have worked well on my last Tundra and it was able to stay rust free for the 4.5 years of my ownership. Cheers!
