That I'm not sure of but can ask the organizer. Think they had a decent turn out back in October and will have an even better turnout next month.

 

Definitely don't need to tub the inner fenders to fit 35x10.50s. I'm running 35x12.50s and with the C4 OTF fender trim I don't rub at all on the fender. Also have a very aggressive CMC from Chad (aka Bash Fab) but will be getting a full relocation done at some point.

 

How do you like the C4 kit? I considered it but I'm probably just going to try and make my own fender liners from ABS sheet, a heat gun, and a few self tapping screws.

 

100% worth it in my opinion. Made it incredibly easy to make a clean cut and their aluminum liners fit perfectly.

Their template makes it very easy. Might be able to just get the template from them if you’re wanting to make your own liners

 

I’m beyond pumped to have him do mine. Both y’all’s trucks look great. Decided I’m gonna get an alignment Monday, maybe it’ll also help a bit, then pay him a visit.

Took trash off this eve.. and hit a small little hole… the pain that rub caused my soul. lol.

 

The rub isn't hurting anything. I've had mine rubbing and cranking on everything in there to very little effect

This is the alignment specs you need to be running. It pushes the lower control arms out and forward

 

So, two quick things.

1. Think the alignment tech would care if I showed him this and advised this is what I’m aiming for and why? I don’t want to come across as telling someone how to do their job lol. However, if this is the blueprint for success… I’m all about it.

2. The red area. Even though it’s red, there shouldn’t be an issue with excessive tire wear, right? Asking as a complete novice. I’m sure these techs can easily say “no, it’s red, that’s bad. We can’t have that. You get what the Hunter reads out and you’ll like it” so I’m just trying to be informed for the moment.

 

Most of your alignment technicians base everything off of the computer so even with a lifted vehicle lowered vehicle they are going to put everything to OE spec which is not correct I have spent the last 10 years perfecting lifted Toyota alignments and those are the specs that you will need as far as the red part as long as you maintain rotating your tires every 6,000 mi you will have no issues . When it comes to lifted and lower vehicles at that point the alignment is customized and like I said most of your guys do not understand that they were taught. Always go back to OE specs but the majority of your alignment guys won't have an issue if you tell them. Hey this is how I want my specs to be and they'll do it

 

Appreciate this, immensely. do these numbers reflect the stock UCA, like what is possible with stock?

I run an aftermarket UCA, but it’s no SPC, just got it to help with my lift.

 

I just installed my upper arms, and a right inner tie rod end. I just dropped it off at the alignment shop. I have around a two inch lift with 28 75 16 on -25 offset wheels that are 8 inches wide. Do you think these alignment specs would work for me too?

 

with or with out aftermarket UCAs those are the specs I recommend. if you have spc I still recommend those specs

yes it's designed for 2" and up for lifts
