Just curious, what brought you to be digging in that particular area?

Your sign originally hung from a pole like this:
The Pontiac station wagon on the left and the Chev on the right are both 1959 models.

I was going to smooth it out and every year I would see this metal and thought it was a jack or something just under the dirt and mow over it. So I figured I would just get rid of it.

The last few years they have been using crushed bricks on the dirt road, in town I don't think so.

I have the windows open almost all the time (unless Mrs Green is with me  ) the insides of my vehicles are always dust covered - even the wagon which only goes on the pavement.

A good friend of mine had a tree business, he was good at it and did well. He had a house slap full of nice signs. He got brain cancer a couple years ago, passed away. His wife sold everything he had to one man. She killed herself last year. Not really sure why. Had two kids and 3 grandkids. You never know.

After we built here in the WFOY the guy that lived above us split from the family. Shortly after he killed himself by cutting his wrists. Fast forward and couple of days someone found him on the front porch, the dogs had started eating him.
They had to put them down. It wasn't there fault.
    Sad story.
