Most anything at the auto parts store of your choice will be fine. Reese is what you want and what most will carry. The adjustable ones are nice if you tow a lot of different trailers, but pretty bulky and expensive.
All of them will knock the hell out of your shins, knees, ankles, at some point.

Not everything is online. They have them in the two stores in the Denver area.

Brand new laptop started an update around 5pm yesterday, and was still showing the same screen until about an hour ago. Seems a bit long even with a slow connection.
Said fuck it, shut it off, turned it back on, and the update bar appeared and it did it's thing.
It's an AT&T connection, wonder if that was the cause.

Job at one of the CSU dorms today. Bought my parking pass last week, for today, everything is correct. Playing by their rules. Pass is displayed in the front window even though the system is automated and they just read the plate.
Parked in an appropriate spot, centered between the lines and nothing hanging over the front.
Still get a ticket for parking without a permit. $18.00 Ticket was under the wipers, but over the paid parking pass under the glass.
Doubled the amount, tacked on a $90 administrative fee, and included it with the invoice.
Fuck you CSU. You got your $16 for the pass, Maybe hire a 2nd year student to unfuck your system.

Pulled it off the grill at 11pm, tossed it in the cooler and back on the smoker morning. I'll let you know in a couple hours:thumbsup:

    Well no one died..
It actually had great flavor. Tad dry but the cut itself wasn't too thick. If that matters? It was super tender though.
But yes I forgot a photo, mistakes were made

I'd call that a win! I just got a pellet smoker in December so I have very little experience, but my thinner cuts have come out a bit dry also. The flavor definitely makes up for it though.

I made smoked meatloaf last week on a whim that turned out awesome. Biggest things I have learned are not to commit to dinner times, and have a contingency plan. When I saw you threw that on at 2:30 yesterday I laughed thinking there's no way he's having that by dinner time tonight.

Yeah the plan was to test it the night before. I had started a couple hours before the post and planned to "reheat" this morning. I put a bowl of water in with it too to try and help. There's definitely a thousand ways to smoke meat.

When I try again I'll cook up until serving time but like you said it's hard to commit to a dinner time. Especially with hangry kiddos I gotta plan the best I can haha

I smoked queso not long ago. That turned out amazing

Definitely lots of ways to smoke. The pellet feels a little like cheating but I don't care.

Smoked queso and smoked Mac and cheese are on my short list of things to try. Saw that in the smoker thread recently.
