Fr pass door handle replace, Tyger step rails and soft bed cover, DDSS3 fogs, TRD skid, OR front tow hook, SokieTech hood struts, fr seat covers (neoprene), metal oil filter housing, magnetic oil plug, Cyclone under hood lights, Blue Sea Systems 5025 Fuse Block ST Blade 6 Circuit with Ground and Cover, Blue Sea Systems 60A DC Panel Mount circuit breaker.
You might not and if the oil change bubbas/bubbettes don’t take off the access panel for replacement of the oil filter element then there needs to be a serious conversation!

Did you bring a spot light camping or is that just a camera trick?

yeehaw now it needs a lift and bigger tires. Stock skid and crossmember will stay for now. It's not the best look, but I promise it will be addressed.

Upgraded the factory door speakers to Kicker 6x9s. They've been sitting in a box for over a month because I didn't think I had the time to do the job properly. Turns out, it can be done in about 90 minutes if it's your first time taking the panels off. Popping the clips sound like actual death, but they're stronger than the door panel it seems.

Toyota should be ashamed of themselves for putting such a speaker in a $40,000 truck. I know its a truck and not a Maybach, but I think we deserve something a little better than a cheap paper cone.IMG_0344.png IMG_0345.png IMG_0346.png IMG_0347.png IMG_0348.png

Swapped tires again 1 week later. Unfortunately my brand new P265/70R16 SL Toyo ATIIIs were shaking after a rebalance. I think I may have been unlucky enough to get a bad tire. Rather than deal with finding that and fixing it, I opted to upsize to 265/75R16 SL.

Made in Serbia, first I’ve seen. Time will tell how good they are, but they’re buttery smooth at highway speeds so I am happy. No perceived acceleration difference from the 265/70s, which is what I was worried about, so I am content.

Got the same speakers, you should add the kicker tweeter as well. Sounds amazing day and night compared to stock.

Paper cone speakers can actually be really good, Toyota used neodymium magnets too that provide a denser magnetic field than a ferrite magnet the kickers use. The issue with toyota is not in the materials, its the voice coils fault the speakers suck, its too small, not efficient enough, and has too low of a power handling.

Many high end home systems use paper cones, many PA systems use paper cones too and provide clear sound for concerts. I have some 18 inch JBL PA subwoofers, they use paper cones with fabric surrounds... but they also use a 4 inch voice coil with a high efficiency.

Here is a 6.5 inch paper cone, neodymium woofer. Same materials toyota used in their speakers, but the voice coil on it is much much larger and more efficient than the toyota ones
    https://www.parts-express.com/Ciare-CXPA-6-6.5-Neodymium-Coaxial-Driver-293-106?quantity=1

Here is a 9 inch woofer with a paper cone and neodymium magnet, but it has a 5.1 inch voice coil... massive voice coil for this driver.
    https://www.parts-express.com/Morel...-with-5.1-Voice-Coil-4-Ohm-297-128?quantity=1

So yeah, toyota should of put in better speakers, but the fault is not on the paper or small magnet.
