Me too. It's a shame you can't get one from Toyota anymore for the long bed. I tried, but it sounds like they aren't selling them anymore.

The factory that builds the ome bed mats got destroyed from a tornado, they will be building them again once repairs are done.

The weird thing is that dealers who have stock are not allowed to sell them. If it was a supply problem, why stop sales of existing stock?

And, are the short bed mats made at a different factory? Those are still available, as far as I know. Seems like, being so similar, that they are most likely made by the same supplier.

To be clear- I do believe you, but it is just odd.

This is the first explanation that I've heard that makes sense. I ordered one when I got my Tacoma in November, the dealer let me order it, and then just keeps telling me that it's in "Stop Sale" status. He said there must have been something wrong with how they were making them (like some kind of recall).

I'm glad I saw this thread. I'm going to call them tomorrow and cancel the order and get a refund. I really wanted the OEM one, but I guess I'll just order one of the aftermarket ones.

Tractor Supply Comapany. $50 4'x6' stall mat. Cut the wings out near the cab and re-use at bed. Worked find when I moved ... grippy enough to even pull some of the non-slip feet of furniture.

DZ is good. Get it. Go forward. Zero risk of accidental wrist slitting with stall mat or wasting an hour of your life.

Local store should help keep osr down too. Shipping for long heavy things costs more. Unless you can get fake "free shipping."

It is thick and heavy. It's like 45lbs. It's significant and feels quality. I would have preferred an OEM but you can't buy it, sold out everywhere. This one is really good.

OEM one back ordered for months already, it’s one that came with the taco when I bought it. I’m sure these bison ones are just as good of quality. I’d buy one if I wasn’t waiting for the OEM.
I Bought the Bision tri fold tonneau cover, very good quality

I was waiting but got sick of my gear sliding around and smashing into the bed. I bought a tri fold Tiger tonneau. I wish I had gotten a hard tonneau but I rushed my purchase. It still works but not as secure.

I just figured I'd rather they cut it than pry it open with a crowbar.

I was looking at OEM bed mats on parts.toyota.com. They have free shipping right now. Different dealers seem to have different prices. I randomly picked a few and the cheapest price I found was $135. There isn't a way to search all dealers, is there?

So how did it work out? Was it indeed for the long bed Tacoma?
