Ok sounds good, I’ll be careful and grind it on the bench grinder until it fits. To be honest I hate having to grind away any part of a cast stressed member, but no one has reported any ill effects, and besides that I had already bought the double bearing pulley. I’ll try to start on it next week and see how it goes.

Been collecting parts for v.2.0 pulley

    2.0 smoothflow
60lb Deka injectors with ev1 harness
    76mm tb
ZZP waterpump (already have 1.25qt tank)
Snow performance stage 2 w/control box matched to boost, not throttle position
    Double bearing rollers where applies

I need to cut down the snout to accept 2" and I was about to modify the URD cutter. Anybody do this yet?
What about switching to a ethyl/glycol water wetter with distilled in their charger? What kind of meth tank size should I consider for daily driver? Still on UCON, may just stick with what is working for me. I'm considering the cruiserbrothers a750 TC lockout as well since I have a Tundra TC and ratiotek kit in mine currently as well as a heat exchanger cooler that still needs routing. Any other suggestions at this time?

Question, what boost gauge ya’ll using?

I’ve got a Speedhut analog gauge, it looks ok, but kinda jumpy and not so great IMO. Here’s an older pic, I’ve since changed the Innovate AFR gauge to an AEM:

    IMG_4055.jpg

I’m considering switching out the boost gauge to one of these:

Just wondering what everyone is using now, thanks for any suggestions :)

I'm running AEM gauges for both afr and boost. not that X series one tho.. the one under it. no issues with either.

i run aem. been great. only advantage to an analog gauge is not having #s fluctuate rapidly. @Norton has some nice ones.
man! you have some very low mileage!

First drive with the gauges hooked up. 5psi with a 6 one time. 2.85 pulley, what gives?

Afr was scary lean at wot for about five minutes and then it started showing consistent 11.1 at wot. UEGO is across from primary 02 passenger side before 1st cat.

Feels a little weaker than when I first got it running last weekend. Havent driven all week.

Do you have a large >10% LTFT error anywhere? Specifically, around 3K-4K RPM at part throttle?

I need to hook my scan gauge back up and monitor engine output while driving for sure. Was doing fine before I hooked up my boost and a/f gauge. Maybe line is loose/leak somewhere. Might but orange cap back on supercharger boost port and see how it feels.

Idles great, has tons of vacuum at idle

What are your mods and what sort of gauges are you using? There's too many factors to know what your actual boost should be, but on average stock boosted outside of the pulley nets around 8.5-9 psi (too high, but I digress, let's take it one step at a time).

I agree. Hard to diagnose from miles away.
    2.85 pulley
    Walbro 255
    Cam gears
    Aem wideband and boost
    TRD flash

Last weekend was initial install and felt strong but did not have gauges hooked up so no idea specs. Hooked gauges up this morning and took it for a a run. Idle is 14.7, as well as cruising. Initially full throttle was 14s, 5 psi max. A few miles later was showing 11s at full throttle, consistent 5 psi, max 1 time of 6.

That's low for what you got. You typically need exhaust and a smaller pulley to hit boost numbers that low. Are you tuned by Justin or is this a stock tune file?

You are going to need to check vacuum lines and AFR sensor tightness.

Honestly I hate this wideband. This is my first boosted vehicle so im new to monitoring, but this gauge is all over the place

Honestly im just venting. I have the diag skills to figure it out, just dismayed that all this time and money spent im having issues. Last week my wife romped on it with me following behind and I saw black smoke so I know its got fuel. I feel like after the gauges hooked up it doesnt whine when free revved until about 4k. I will start with what I did and back track. Maybe the bypass valve is sticking open or I have leak from the boost sensor. I will keep everyone updated. I know its impossible to diag without being there, i often scoff at people posting issues that have so many variables to what the issue could be. Just need to start fresh and run down the diag checklist.
