Not as good as the 90's but still good enough to clean your entire house for a few days and rob a liquor store.

    So, um, anyways.

Shoutout to American Furniture Warehouse. They delivered and assembled my desk about 6 months ago and apparently forgot some crucial hardware. I discovered this when I leaned on top to install some monitor mounts and the thing partially gave way. A rep came out today to assess it and they're replacing the entire desk on Sunday.

Looks like they crossthreaded some stuff and said "fuck it, tight is tight. Lets go to lunch"

Yeah, it was a fucked install. The more you look, the more stuff you find wrong. It's a blessing in disguise that I broke it now, so it can get resolved now, versus when we move in a couple of years and discover it then.

Downside is I need to pull all of this shit off of the desk.

Gives you a chance to do some cleaning and get rid of that clutter. Should hopefully only put you out for a couple hours. Bet you are going to check every nut bolt and screw before they leave this time tho! I hate going back to do warranty work. Thats when the customers wont let you leave. Just do it right the first time! I send my employee's back that did the original install to train them that they dont want to go back.

I bought my truck from the Ford place out in AJ. Me not knowing the valley one bit was very confused about just where in the heck I was going and convinced I was being lied to by the Google machine.

Debating whether or not to just scrap the stock 4Runner snowflake rims... I have 5 of them floating around my garage now. Maybe ditch 4 and stick with 1 as a spare in case of damage.

I'd take a spare but really debating about some TRD wheels... the offset and width of the stock ones just make it looked like someone skips leg day.

I felt the need to add 1.25” spacers to even the trd ones, but they’re the older ones. I don’t know if the newer ones have more poke.

Already took em... I had this mental battle a few months ago with my spare spare set.

I still have one for dire need in case my spare steelie isn't enough.
Ah, a fellow non-roof rack man of culture! :fistbump:

Also you just gave me an idea of what to do with my ladder that I've been moving around to various corners lol

Anyone got any recommendations for West Yellowstone? Gonna be spending one night there in mid April on my way back from Belgrade MT. I'm looking for a solid place to grab a good burger and some beer to enjoy my bday solo on the road

I just slick topped it the other day, that’s why I took this pic! It looks way better than the stock rack IMO.

One thing I need to do is lift up the weather stripping slightly, and then clean the area nicely and throw a little bit of silicone in there to stick it down, front and back.

You'll learn the first time you go through a car wash blower.
