I recently installed 265/75/16s on my 22’ SR. Since the SR is not equipped with factory fender flares like the other trim packages, the wider 265’s cause a ton of spray onto the sides of the truck. Not a huge issue but since the truck is white, it’s pretty hard to keep clean. Does anyone know if there will be rubbing issues if I install mud flaps with the larger tires?

Go with rokblokz. They have cutouts for bigger tires

I went from 265/70/16 to 265/75/16 without rubbing on the stock mud-flaps.

Unfortunately the rokblokz do not fit the SR due to not having the factory fender flares.

It wouldn't be hard to make them work.

I have your exact situation, white 21 SR with the same tire size. I installed rekgen flaps which can rub a hair when I hit a bump while turning on the front wheels, but barely. I'm fine with it though. Heads up if you get them, for a while their instructions were backwards for which bolt spacer goes on each side inside of the flap, but they may have changed that by now. The flaps do help with keeping debris off the side of the truck but they don't eliminate it completely. My wheels are zero offset which also makes it a bit worse than factory wheels. Come to think of it, I am not sure if the flaps would even rub at all with factory offset wheels.

The up size only typically rubs with slightly higher offset and that size, typically factory rims and 265/75R16 doesnt rub the flaps.

You can easily resolve it with a high caster alignment.
