I mean at least he won’t need to do fiberglass since his tires outside the fender….lol

Make sure you tell'em you actually use your truck. They used to do really good work -- and are still capable of it -- but their sheer size and social media notoriety has caused their work to drop IMO. I went in to get some 35's fit with a CMR a few years ago. Pulled out of their lot at half turn over a bump and immediately noticed they were rubbing. I asked'em why they didn't spend more time on the alignment and bashing out the fenders and they told me that "most of our customers nowadays only care about aesthetics".

You'll also get much better service from them if you work with them on the build. They seem to make most of their money on parts resales and if you rock up with a bunch of parts without "collaborating" on a build with'em, work quality has been worse IME.

They can still do good work, though. Just buyer beware to check it and make sure you communicate that you're after performance.

I really appreciate that info. Definitely gonna remember that when I bring it in. Might be worth it to get a hotel room for a couple nights...

They pretty much always want the truck for an entire week or two or three, for what it's worth. Even if it's a half day job, they strongly prefer a Monday drop and a Thursday pick up.

Haha alright. They said the DMZ kit is a 10 hour job, plus another 4 for cycling, then another 10 for boxing the frame lol. If I knew how to weld I could easily save $3500...

Mine are 4” but they do poke through the bed quite a bit. 454 built an awesome cover up plate. Kinda hard to see that in this photo.

Total Chaos mid-travel front. JD Fab SUA rear.
Was more so curious with the bumps mounted.
I’m just running a poly bump so I don’t have a dog in this fight. Heck I might not be running my truck hard enough to hit the bump stop. But I feel like the bump zone is tunable so you don’t ’blow through the bumps travel’
