some neat ones in there! what is special about the one that says to scan it?

also one of those is reminding me of when i was a kid! the silver chevy truck with the odd paint scheme. i use to have two of those when i was a kid!

 

Just took a photo of the scan me one, looks like an in app “play” along format. Pretty cool. First time I saw that as well. Totally dig the old Chevy trucks, a bunch remind me of when I was a kid as well. That along with the bel airs.

 

huh that is neat. i was never into chevy stuff and still not haha but i had two of those trucks and they always worked really well in the zoomers for the tracks haha

 

I grew up in Wisconsin so our basement was the spot to be in the winters. Slot car tracks, hot wheel tracks, rc cars, you name it. Definitely was blessed to have a place to have fun while it was snowing and freezing out. Grew up with a bunch of chevys rippin around the neighborhood. My dad had a 77Nova and his brother still has his twin turbo 67 GTO to this day. Gear heads for sure. Now I’m more into the JDM stuff. lol really anything that catches my eyes

 

I will be doing a basic wheel swap on the skyline soon. Its already super detailed

 

I ordered some wheels to try to do some wheel swaps, i’m sure i’ll have questions that get posted on here when i get confused lol

Scored this for $1.24 today. I have never seen the MBX Collectors at this particular Walmart and clearly is was mispriced.

He had my illusive 65 Galaxie Matchbox as well. Before I sold my Galaxie I would have been willing to beg for it at one time. I did manage to find the red fire chiefs' car 65 Galaxie but it is MIA right now. I thought it was gone since I was a child, but I found it in my grandparents' things they left me 10-15 years ago and somehow misplaced it again. It's in one of the boxes of heirlooms I need to go back through again. Always enjoy seeing the "old stuff".
