Constantly hearing about how fentanyl is such a big problem and how we have to stop the flow of fentanyl into the country. Apparently getting people to stop taking illegal drugs (whether laced with fentanyl or not) isn't a problem. I think we need more fentanyl. The crackheads aren't self-destructing fast enough.

I've never had a glovebox rattle, I don't see why this one would with the weight of a manual in it

Also perhaps they left some gap there to accommodate the leather wrapped Limited, Pro, and Trailhunter versions? Those probably add some bulk to the lip of the glovebox.

A train depot. No secondary explosions, the trains had stopped running a long time ago but "bad guys" were hanging out there. Saying I "blew up" a train depot is exaggerating, but I take some liberties.

Well I have and it’s fricken annoying. I’m sure plenty of other people have too. Why are you so strongly defending shitty craftsmanship on a $50K vehicle?

    1. That's kind of cool that you got to see the damage done by your own missiles up close. D-I-Y BDA.
    2. Thanks for your service.

Drove to the local dealership to see what they have. Inventory search said they are getting 2 tacos. Spreadsheet said two on ground. They had 8 or 9 white sr5s in the back. Maybe fleet vehicles? They don't list them on their website. They also list about 11 tundras but they almost 30. Some they've had for a while with a not for sale sign though. But they at least have double what they advertise.

G3 Tundys are self-propelled scrap metal heaps.

The latch points are a couple millimeters lower than where you think they should be, I don't define that to be poor craftsmanship. Poor craftsmanship would be the glovebox installed wrong or damaged during install.

I won't defend things I see as being a true issue - The sun visors on these scrape against the headliner when rotating to be parallel with the side windows. That is what I would call out as being a stupid engineering oversight.

Does it matter what you call it? It shouldn’t be screwed up in the first place. No excuses.

I was just watching a video and they said that to use the remote start and navigation after the 30 day trial period you have to pay a monthly subscription of $15 to $25. WTF!!!!

Is that for remote start beyond radio frequency range or any form of remote start?

You should be able to use your key fob to remote start correct?

Meaning the truck only has a cellular remote and not a local remote?

In the video they made it seem like the feature is completely gone both by key fob and phone. I guess we’ll know for sure in a few more weeks as people own their trucks past the free trial. This subscription crap is really lame.
