First trip out ice fishing in almost 2 years.
Just had no ice.
Had no fish either but had a chance to try out all the new/ modified equipment.
All works real well.
Will try again next week.

Morning folks, busy day today. Dog haircut, help my daughter pack, and go check the box for Mickey Mouse.

 

Agreed. Safety is critical, no one wins in an accident but most of all the worker really loses both with pain and lost income. I was lucky and never lost a day due to injury even when my laddar was fully extended and the rope broke taking off my toenail. We tested our ladders every week.

Good morning all. Beautiful 58* Florida winter morning, with a high of a blustery 74*.
Making my first sales call today with my new company. Going into a juice plant to see if I can help them with their processes...aka sell'em sumthin'.

 

5 S, is that still a thing, or are we past that.

 

My company is into 6S, that is 5S + safety...I think? To clarify...we adhere to that in our processes but i dont sell that kind of stuff. I'm in the packaging side of things.

 

I used to work across the street from Graphic Packaging in Kalamazoo, a lot of boxes go out there every day, 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 a year.

 

Finally a typical February day today. 43*, light breeze, partly cloudy. I’m feeling normal with this weather.
Haircut day so now I can catch up with all the local gossip! LOL!
It’s up to each of us to make this day count! Go for it and make it another good one!

 

At my age, every day above ground is a bonus
