What's the craziest/most interesting/unique item you've ever hauled or towed with your Taco?

I scrapped a gas cooktop, and I scrapped a small apartment-sized gas range, but this is the first full-size (30-inch) gas range I've ever scrapped; I have literally lost count of how many electric stoves I've sent to appliance heaven since October 2023...

 

Just your basic Hotpoint gas range, with no self-cleaning function and not even a viewing window in the oven door...

 

I found the burner grates in the oven...

 

The washing machine was fairly new, but I'd say that this dryer was at least 25 years old...

 

The gas range and the dryer went in the second trip; I got $42 for all these appliances, but keep in mind that loading them took minimal effort, and the I drove about three miles total for both trips...

 

I had to bring air-conditioners and the refrigerator back to Gwyn's house for disembowelment, and while I snipped the lines, I haven't completely gutted them yet...

 

One of the A/C units basically disintegrated on my tailgate...

 

A friend of mine believes these are both from the 1990s, and told me not to feel bad about tearing them apart, because they aren't particularly desirable to collectors...

 

I have it before and I will say it again; I love having a pickup truck!

 

One of Gwyn and Amanda's neighbors was throwing this out, and I snagged it at as well...

 

After getting the air-conditioners out of the truck at Gwyn's...

 

These things did have some Freon in them and probably sort of worked, but once again, they were literally disintegrating...

 

The fridge worked, but was dirty and smelled awful...

 

The guy who gave me the two wine chillers messaged me and told me had a hood from a 2006 Ford Explorer that he wanted out of his garage, so I went back yesterday and got that too...

 

The hood was aluminum and I ended up getting ten dollars for it...

 

The Explorer it came off of had a V8!

 

After loading two bed frames and Explorer hood. Yes, the too-small DoorDash warm bag is actually useful for something!

 

When I dropped off the last load of scrap, this guy who lived in the area was walking his adorable Coonhound puppy and brought him into the Steel Penny for water; I thought he was a Rottweiler at first, due to the colorings. His name is Lurtz (his owner is a huge Lord of the Rings fan)...
