It’s a bit late now since the breaker bar is already bent.

The poor man impact wrench method. Put mega tension on the breaker bar, beat the hell out of the socket with a hammer. The percussion could make it come loose.

Thats crazy that you bent your breaker bar. I don't think Ive ever seen that. I had a hard time with my Milwaukee M12 1/2" impact and PB blaster, but I got it done. Max breakaway torque is 250 on paper..

Sounds like you need their new 1600 breakaway torque gun. Or try a mom and pop shop. Or maybe @zippsub9 knows someone around you?

All man you're in Buffalo, I know that SOB is rusted on there. All of the suggestions here should get it done though.
You need to get your hands on a 3/4” drive breaker bar with a cheater bar on top of it. Harbor freight sells one Icon brand. Use it for a day and return it afterwards.

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
Get a MAPP gas torch. You aren’t heating it enough. Go buy an impact or ask around to borrow one. I ain’t really close or you could borrow mine. If you get near Albany you can grab it. Be careful where you go though. If you take it to somebody to loosen you better be committed to knocking the job out that day. That nut is the only thing keeping proper bearing side load. I guess if you are replacing the bearing it doesn’t matter. They could just break it free then snug it down and cotter pin it back to get you home. You need another breaker bar anyway. Harbor freight replaces them for free if you break or bend them. I believe the replacement torque is 183lb/ft so you are gonna need another breaker.

When I replaced mine I had a 3/4" breaker bar about 4 ft. long and I barely had to put any pressure on the bar for the nut to come loose. I was prepared for a struggle. After seeing this I now believe they weren't torqued correctly at the factory.

Thanks for the offer, I really appreciate it
But this truck isn't going anywhere now.
The four Mounting bolts were so rusty, that by the time i chipped all the rust off the heads they were rounded. The open end
Of the 17mm was just slipping. The box end of the wrench was 12 point and it was just adding to the rounding. I had to cut an opening with the torch in the hub to get a six sided socket on them

Another vote for MAPP. Standard propane doesn't get as hot as MAPP.

I’d take it to a truck shop that has a proper 3/4” impact maybe?

Best on a budget would probably be a harbor freight 3/4” or 1” breaker bar and a 8’ section of pipe, I’ve successfully used that setup on things even the Milwaukee impact wouldn’t touch. If you end up getting an impact a weighted socket helps a lot

wow with a M12? respect that! didn't use my M18 on my hubs. but my 20Gallon compressor and my Cornwell gun are my go to for hubs but they have been since 2013 when they came into my possession as a Subaru tech, long before they came home and have done anything asked of them

There was no rust on the nut or axle.
Definitely a lot more torque on it than the 175 ft/lbs it calls for

You can use a dremel to cut 2 slices into the nut, it does not have to go to the threads. This will weaken it enough to remove the tension. The nut will be toast though.

I use Kroil and impact. This one seems to be the Armageddon of rusted axle nuts.

HD isn't offering any deals right now, but this is the one that's in my tool chest.
