Good to know. I know there was some big uproar a while ago and Toyota hadn’t exactly made it clear what the outcome would be.

I thought I read or saw that the speed limit display was from the front camera reading the signs.

I think it’s funnier that all of you are so darn worried about your remote start in the first place
(or someone’s auto correct changing what they said).
Real men just get in and gooo!
I guess its a different world now, they don’t make men like they used to….

Dumb question... does anyone know if the SR5 trim can be had with the bigger 14" infotainment screen or are we limited to the small one? I know on the configurator there is an upgrade option for the JBL, but wasn't sure if thats just for the speakers and such and minus the 14" screen upgrade.

My key fob starts my truck while I have an active subscription on my 2023 tundra.

I should update my profile and get that 2020 tundra off there.

I don't believe so. SR5 only gets you the cheapo looking screen.

OMG, what's so hard to understand about remote start.

You need a subscription for remote start via phone app

No subscription needed for key fob remote start.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, so be kind if I am misplacing this question:
Do the 4th gen tacos have super sensitive brakes like the 3rd gen TRD ORs?
I test drove a 3rd Gen and felt like a 15 year old with a learners permit all over again. I could not get the brake modulation to a reasonable or predictable level.

Man you are correct about that. I test drove a 3rd gen OR recently and it was waaaay more touchy. I kept apologizing to the salesguy out of embarrassment

Correct, that feature is called "Road Sign Assist" and is part of Safety Sense 3.0. No need for a subscription as it uses the front camera to detect signs.
