I didn’t scrape on that one. Went right over it with a little bump.

-Rough Country 3.5" suspension lift (UCA's + Coilovers in front, N3 struts in the rear) -K&N Cold Air Intake (cannot recommend this enough) -Slightly bigger A/T's than stock, 31.5" Dynapro's (not ideal choice) -TRD Pro Grille with Amber Raptor Lights (red lettering)

Finally! A dude rockin the G003 with the gunmetal Blaze10's! Such a good look! I guess you didn't need to do any cutting either since you went with the 265/75/r16. That's the current size my tires are at now but they're just the Hankook Dynapro's. Not my ideal choice. Was hoping for the Wildpeaks but when I got these tires, they were all that was available in that situation. At this point I've got a 3.5" lift and was planning to go with the Wildpeaks in a 33" and use the Blaze10 (or Ray10). Had assumed I wouldn't have to do any cutting but I have since learned otherwise. Since seeing the G003's several months ago, I have since fallen in love with that look, and have been trying to find someone using them with the Blaze10. (I want the gunmetal color as well, so this is clutch.) I want to the get the most out of my lift, and want to balance off and on road capabilities. I will probably go with a 33 but nice to see this cause this is a great look and I might do it so I don't have to chop.

Recently had my 35" G003 installed on some Black Rhino Dugger wheels. These wheels have a replaceable rash/rock ring. Fenders and flares are trimmed for maximum clearance for future 37's.

The Black Rhino Dugger comes with a 0mm and -10mm. His look to be the 0 offset.

I wanted to share my experience here should anyone be in the same camp as I am. I read through all 60 pages in this forum as well as plenty of other reviews of these tires. I was sold on the tire weight, looks, performance, and behaved road manners. So I get these tires installed last week in 35/12.5/r17. I was coming from a 285/70/r17 ko2 load C. I was excited to try some M/T tires although not really needing it for my type of offroading, figured what the hell going to 35s might as well try something cool. My first drive home I experienced steering wheel shaking at speeds from 30-40ish mph. 45mph and up my the shaking went away but I would get vibrations in my steering wheel here and there. The ride is pretty harsh/stiff maybe since I was used to A/T load C tires. I tried to lower the tire pressure, tried 37, 35, 33, PSI but it felt the same, if not worse as I lowered the tire pressure. Next, I figured it was a balancing issue so I brought it back to the tire shop and they assured me the tire/wheel were zeroed out on the balance machine. I was told that M/T style tires exhibits vibration characteristics due to the spacing of the lugs. I just was not ready for this much vibrations.

Another thing I noticed was the tire noise. I figured it would be tolerable considering these tire's reputation for being a quieter M/T. While it was tolerable for the first couple of drives, the howling was too loud for my daily commute. Unlike my ko2s, you for sure know these yokos are on your truck. The howling reminds me of wind buffeting noise as it is constant and there is nothing you can do about it. I was also told these tires get louder as they wear too. For a daily, it was just too much.

I understand comparing an A/T and M/T tire is unfair but for delusional people like me who want to jump into a M/T for their daily driver there are things to be aware of. The difference from regular street tires to A/T isn't too noticeable but going from an A/T to M/T requires much more commitment.

All in all, I think these tires look fantastic and they will be perfect for the right buyer. I am not hating on these tires at all, I think all M/T exhibit similar characteristics and it is just not for me. I do not do crazy offroad trails nor do I drive in mud. Again, totally honest here, I thought these tires look bitching so I wanted it. I thought I was ready to try this setup but was surprised how differently a M/T performed over an A/T. I am just not ready to make the sacrifices needed to run these tires. I will be returning these tires and getting the ko2s in 315/70/r17 instead. Shoutout to Americas/Discount Tires! They were awesome to work with and gave me no hassle returning these tires.

Hope this was helpful for buyers who find themselves in a similar position.

Well you are right they look awesome. I love the whole look of your truck. That's awesome they will take the tires back. I was looking at going with these in a 255 85 16 which is actually lighter and skinner than my current tires. Maybe I won't have the problems that you are having but now I'm questioning if I want these my my DD.

Putting MT's on a daily is dumb be ready for MT compromises or stick to a light AT. This is the unfortunate reality of modding a daily truck to look like rad off road rig it hinders all the good on road manners.

Thanks brother appreciate it! If I had a dedicated trail rig this tire will 100% be top of the list but for a DD it was just too overkill for me. My experience is pretty anecdotal maybe the 255s would behave differently? As I recently found out, Discount Tire has a 30 day return policy, just putting it out there if you wanted to try it out.

Yup this pretty much sums up my post lol. Just wanted to share my experience for those like me chasing the cool factor without considering the reality of MT.

That's why I currently have 285 76 16 in an AT. I do wheel it on the weekends but I do still have to work too. When they wear out I want to go to a 255 but there isn't a lot of tire choices in that size for a 16 inch wheel

Not to mention wheel options start to slim down for that width really want to be on an 8" max if not 7.5"
I ran into that issue when I was considering skinny 35's not many tire options and even less wheel options that I liked. So I'm sticking to my 285 winters snd 295 summers for now.
