One thing I've noticed - getting a steak at 11, right at/near opening vs one about 2pm...the 2pm sandwich tastes better. Maybe it's the grill getting seasoned-up?

 

I think it's exactly that. Plus, the 2pm rolls are likely to be fresher, in the event any rolls were 'saved' from the day before

 

Was a line cook all through high school and can attest to this. Not like their grill isn't cleaned off periodically, but once it's been heated up and going for a while it cooks more evenly and it does tend to hold some of the oils in it.

1-2pm sounds good to me...but I'll leave Dover NLT 10am and be there by 11:15-ish.

I need to order "Steak Provolone" with peppers & onions. My first order was without cheese: (Rookie!)

 

Oh man, that's some humility right there - to fess up to a cheese-steak sans cheese.

re; 11 or 2pm... I mean, it's still a good steak. But it's even better as wit/wiz.

 

So I'm out for this event. My and my lady's anniversary is 12 March. But she booked a weekend 15-17 March so we'll be off canoodling. Anyone from Harford county wanna run TW Express for me? I have some things I need to get to Ed.

 

Ill try to get there around 11. Only question is, which truck should I bring...

I agree. They are hard to beat for the price. I justified the purchase because the tires that were on the red trucks stock wheels were beat. So I obviously wasnt going to buy new tires for stock wheels. So instead I took the black wheels with new tires off the black truck and got the rpf1s and new tires for the black truck. Poor red truck just get all the black truck hand me downs lol

 

I had the black versions - loved 'em. Went from stock 18x8 and 225/45 to 18x9.5, 265/35 and saved probably 5-6lbs per corner.

 

Nice! Mine are 18x9.5 with 275/40 all around. I was surprised how much lighter they were then my old Enkei Kojins in 18x8.5 with 255/45s

same here, not scheduled to work 3/16 but something may come up where I have to fill in last minute

 

Just realized I probably can't make the 16th. St Patrick's Day parade in York and a friend's band will be playing at one of the area bars. I told him I'd be there to see them play.
