We have Amazon blink cameras.

It's pretty decent for being battery powered wifi units.

You can plug in your own USB storage and not have to use the membership option.

We opt to use the membership version for the months we down south. It's $10/month. I switch back to the USB storage when we home.

I picked up the system with 6 cameras for $180 last prime days sales.

It took me a while to figure how to get the system to send vid to my computer, but if you just use your phone, it's pretty user friendly.

 

Now at the church I have a huntsmart game cam which has subscription of $60.00 a year with cell and solar

 

I'm currently running a game camera in a security case out front of the house, it just takes SD cards. It works well but I do get a lot of just whatever blows past it.

 

do they chew a lot? What do you give them to chew?

 

Oh man chuck it balls, water buffalo horns rubber tugs goughnuts sticks and rings, arms, legs . Squirrel, mole and would love to play with those deer that look just like her.

 

Ok took Mal out to the field because of rain not walking yet. Passed by the shop where the sign resides on the tlr and took some pictures for y'all. This thing is over 5' in diameter.

 

The letters still have nice color, and I bet with a soft pressure washing she'd really clean up nice. With my baby on the way, I'm doubtful for making it up there like we usually do in the summer and fall. Somebody give this ol gal the home she deserves.

She a big girl, they need loving too now...

@StayinStock that jeep grill is back. They backed out.

 

Bussed our butts from la fortuna to Cauhita today, a leisurely 5 hour drive. Currently waiting on lunch at a little soda. It's hot as hades here and they cook on an open fire.

The sign on the door says "credit only for people over the age of 150 who are accompanied by their grandmother."

They still might be here for sometime you never know.

 

I was able to pick up my wife and niece at the same time so I "only" had to make 3 trips. On the drive home, I said that I had to put it into 4WD at the end of the driveway because it had drifted in about 14" deep and the back end wasn't having it. I was waiting for the plow to go by before I bothered with the blower for the end of the driveway.

When we got home my niece sounded pretty proud of herself when she said that her Jeep "is higher" than my truck. We'll visit that comment again in a minute.

She ate supper then unbeknownst to me had to go run some errands. She was back in the house less than 2 minutes later because she was stuck. I fired up the blower, shoveled out from under the Jeep and backed it up to before the drift. She got in and I told her "don't stop".

Now about that "higher" comment. Just to satisfy my curiosity, I had to look both of them up.

2011 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk ground clearance - 8.7 inches. Or 220.98mm.
2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro ground clearance - 9.4 inches. Or 238.76mm.

17.78mm more is nothing to sneeze at.

 

0.01778 Meters is a lot of ground clearance
