I live by the coast and raw aluminum would corrode from the salt air.

Could you clarify: does this mean that the steel mounting bolts may seize to the aluminum skid plate? There are no threads on my aluminum skid, and even if there were, the threads wouldn't be painted. Just trying to figure out if this is something I need to be concerned with. I did put anti-seize on the bolt threads but not on the bearing surface.

That’s 12.5 to 15 lights per paw. I read Johnny Bench could hold 7 baseballs in one hand. I think you have him beat!

The strobe option can definitely disorientate a high percentage of folks and worse .

I have a few Olights, but I won't be buying them anymore. I had a switch go bad after using the light for a week. It was the solid copper AA limited edition. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond. They asked me to take pictures of the switch and I did. You could clearly see the switch was broken as it was black/burnt. After that I never heard a word back from them. I emailed them two more times and they never responded. The lights look good, and work well when they are working. It is my experience that Olight has lousy customer service and they do not stand behind their products/warranty.

    ^^^^^^^ This!! So true!!

In my younger days, I loved a good fight. But now that I'm older, can't run/chase you because my knees are bad, I wear out/ get outta breath quickly, my reflex's are considerably slower, etc. So now, I'll just shoot ya!

Nitecore makes the EDC27. 3000 lumens burst mode, 1000 max, and a strobe feature that will send you into convulsions.

In my humble opinion, all of those small mega bright flashlights are junk. I have had a few, after a few months they just quit. For no reason, change batteries, no difference. My big mag light that holds 4 D cells that I have had for over 10 years, still working. The small ones, throw always. Buy them a few at a time, use them for a month, toss them and unpackage the next one.
