I might have to find an off road fab or exhaust shop then. I have a feeling most regular shops wouldn’t do that for liability reasons. I wanna say the exhaust was revised after 1997, but I could be wrong.

people get exhaust reroutes done here all the time at any and all exhaust shops in CA, there is no liability to exhaust work unless you're asking them to delete your cats and install a o2 sim or something

True, I just figured they’d refer me to an exhaust shop for that. Idk if most regular shops do exhaust work.

I dunno, I hear states out east like MA have these weird ass "safety" inspection laws that prevent people from even modifying their bumpers so who knows. CA gets a lot of shit for it's smog rules but we can drive a shit box with questionable braking, nuts and bolts falling off and the exhaust dragging on the road doing 80 on the highway and no one will care as long as it passes smog lol.

You deleted your quote to me but basically to reiterate, no liability. You're not even cutting off the muffler, literally just shortening the exhaust end itself

Any regular shop, especially out there, would have a sawzall for dealing with rusted ass bolts and whatnot

Surely they should have brake lines on hand to deal with that too. I actually already bent the side exit to the exhaust in a trail in Colorado, so it shouldn’t hurt the value anymore to cut off the OEM exhaust lol.

It's a soft line (steel jacketed line), just buy it (not sure why you're trying to even fight this one)

Shops regularly make hard lines, cause they have the flaring tools and other shit used for bending and cutting them but the line you're replacing one isn't a hard line

yeah but I wouldn't figure it would "matter" on TW. Big thing on FB... but it was more like people hacked 1000's of accounts and sold those hacked legit accounts to groups that operated the bots to have influence from "authentic" accounts with history vs made yesterday bot accounts.

another forum I'm on has rampant bot joiners

oh yeah on FB it's rampant with groups that have several thousand or more followers. You can always tell when a group has been hacked or sold off when the posts become mostly those completely random click bait-type videos from other countries that have nothing to do with the topic of the page, lol.
