$300? That's nuts. I would say avoid those shops regardless if that's how they feel. Alignments aren't hard, esp on Toyotas.

ive been to firestone a lot and they have always aligned my truck. there is a place out near the college in kansas that does lifted trucks and lifted toyotas and they aligned my old 13 for me and it wasnt 300...

 

since we were talking about old trucks i saw this old honda at blip over the weekend. after looking it up and talking to the dude we didnt get these here and it was built to run in the dakar rally for the late 70s or early 80s cant remember? but it did awful with low power and just not reliable but overal really cool to see and very well taken care of!

Firestone can be hit or miss, but if you're not running a super custom setup, they can get you driving straight with little headache. As for me, I'm running max Caster and have adjustable UCAs so they are a pain, but once I tell them what to do, they usually get it right the first time.

 

I use Southern Safety in Grandview. George is the best I have found at aligning lifted trucks. Little bit of a drive from Olathe but worth it in my eyes. $180 cash and you are set.

 

Switched out the stereo this weekend! Feeling proud, coz not at all handy. I think the last time I changed a stereo in my car was twenty years ago. Now need to add backup camera and route the mic to the headliner. Maybe next weekend!

Yup! I can't seem to hold on to a Tacoma for more than a year. Plus the 4runner works better with the pups, and the v8 is lovely!

I put these in last night. Expectations exceeded, almost as bright and long throw as the OEM Tacoma LED lights. Ordered high beams and fog lights from them today and new headlight assembly.
