Also, fun side note, whomever this 3rd Gen AC is, that was downtown Colorado Springs today at 3:49…I was checking out your truck at the exact moment the Escape ran the stop sign and hit me….which is 90% of the reason I didn’t see them coming lol.

Ehh, thanks man, but I was shopping Tundras on my lunch break today so serves me right.

While I doubt it’s totaled, I’m hopeful it is and I’ll take my check and go get that Tundra I want. If it’s not, I’ll just trade it in when it’s fixed.

Late 2nd gen. My brother has a 3rd gen I’ve got to drive a decent bit and as much as I do really like some of the new gen stuff (the interior is great), they just haven’t grown on me overall.

My brother is actually trying to sell me his 2023 Limited for a real good deal, but that’s only because he had a 2019 before it and wants to get back into a 2nd gen now, after experiencing his 3rd gen for a year.

Their insurance, or lack there of, is really the concern I’m having.

The dude that was driving ended up leaving the scene after pulling over, because he had a duffle bag of drugs and felony warrants. The passenger also had felony warrants and is on probation, but agreed to stay and take responsibility for driving.

The vehicle wasn’t theirs though, and they had limited information on whose it was, though I did get a screenshot of someone’s insurance card…which was The General Insurance.

I called the cops due to the details of all this and they never showed, claimed the shooting on the northeast side had them booked so we just needed to cold report.

Its going to be a cluster…I’m imagining I’ll need to rely on my uninsured/underinsured coverage, so we’ll see how it shakes out.

 

I'm selling my 07 sport. Was wondering if anyone has been waiting for "the deal" on some slightly used G2 RCI sliders. What would they be worth to someone on here? I'd pull them if someone actually would buy them at a fair price to both parties.
