    It is a car engine. Yeah, revving to infinity and an extra gear to help might help with towing in some circumstances but not all. You sound really offended lol.

    Not offended when it beats the 4.0 by almost a minute. Ooooops. Engines rev. You think that breaks them lol. Ever been to a professional race ? 9500 rpm, 800 hp. Sounds sweet. Oh but its a car engine, I forgot. :rofl:
    Wait to see what the tinny 4 banger car engine sounds like and pulls away from your 4.0 also.

    Imo tacoma's are not really trucks. Looking at one next to a full size is pathetic really. By themselves they look ok.
    Going down a road following a tacoma next to a full size looks kind of funny.

    Those guys only care about max speed. I would reduce speed and turn the flashers on, down shift and let the engine torque pull me without taking it all the way to redline. If driven Cummins trucks in medium-duty chassis and they will rev almost to redline if you are trying to pull a decent hill too at high speed.
