Billie Bars…what’s happening here?

So this seems to be happening… is it the start of possible rust?

 

yes thats the start of rust, I use this product, trust me it works

 

To me looks like calcium deposits from water on the black parts.

 

oh the chalky stuff yeah, but i saw some in the middle, these do rust eventually

 

Not familiar with the product but if it's alum8num could be corrosion starting my prinsu did the same thing

 

Extra protection never hurts, good idea to apply something other (like above recommended spray), be safe than sorry, drink beer, sleep easy!

 

i dont smoke or drink but i do take cbd drops , it works like magic​

Aluminum does not “rust”, it corrodes. Rust refers only to iron turning into iron oxide. If you have hard water, it could be calcium deposits on the powder coat as suggested earlier- I have this on my Prinsu as well. Use a bit of vinegar on a paper towel to clean it and rinse well with water.
