I've always preferred top get them done as early as possible. That way, if I get a refund, I file immediately, and since most people wait until April 1+, I will get my refund in a few days. If I end up owing, then I know it, and have more time to try to save up to pay whatever I owe, and then file on April 14.

It's a cold and rainy day , supposed to be like this until tomorrow. I've been giving myself a crash course in 30 year old GM fuel system technologies.. I'm trying to figure out if it's even feasible to adapt a late 90's vortec long block to run on the TBI system that's in the firewood truck. There seems to be a unicorn in the form of a GM performance intake manifold that was made for this exact reason, it's long gone from GM but there seems to be a few floating around at Jegs and Summit.. I'm not paying $700 for one.

You can do them, and if you owe then wait until the very last day to pay the bastards. Thanks for bringing this up, I need to find a tax person. I don't trust turbo tax ever since I got the house, I really don't think its doing the correct calculations.

Having a house really doesn't matter these days unless you have tons of items to be able to itemize..... think the number is 23k now
