    Wipers started to turn on randomly and washer fluid not spraying. Turns out the blue wire connected to the jar has corroded and broke. Where do I find the part for this?

    Splice it. You have enough on each side. Doesn't have to be perfect, it's a wiper fluid res. Not mission critical.

    I'd use 16 or 18 AWG. Again, such a small splice no need to worry. Just patch it and go.
