Anybody take delivery of the 2024 Tacoma yet ?

Sorry to hear that’s your experience. There was and is a lot of trolling between the second and third gen forums so maybe it was inevitable. That said, I’m a happy third gen owner who wishes all you fourth gen folks the best. I hope your trucks turn out great and you enjoy them.

False. Fox body is the better.

 

first person in my life to say a fox body mustang is better than any car let alone a first Gen mustang.

the 4th Gen hate will calm down in a couple years, the 3rd Gen Tundra section would lead you to believe that buying a new tundra would result in immediate engine failure. This has let up recently.

I own a 2022 Tacoma OR premium that I gave to my wife and bought my tundra. Couldn’t handle the powertrain for what it cost ($50,440 plus freight/pdi 15% Tax in my province)

 

I'm coming from Jeep World and a have first-year JL. The hate from JK crowd was probably worse. And the TJ to JK?..legend

Just watched TRD Jon's newest video, dude financed $44k on his new truck at 8.7%....

 

Whew. My guess he offloads that to one of his viewers whenever the Pro comes to town. He is a house flipper/airbnb renter in real life. He does the same thing with his vehicles. Buys them, mods them and then upsells them.

 

Well he traded in his PRO and if the new truck was $53k and hes still financing $44k I dont think he did that great at least in this aspect.

 

That’s insane. His wife must make a lot of monthly and they need the tax write off or something. He doesn’t get that many views to be super successful at YouTube. $54K total for that truck is crazy too.

 

Yeah, dunno what his behind the scene numbers are and we will never really know.

He said he owed 36k on the trade, put 1600 down and financed 44K so that sounds like he probably got around 45k for the trade unless he put some more cash down that we don’t know about.

 

Wow, he only had 15K miles on it.
