    In French cooking, Berney Potatoes. The mashed potatoes are usually shaped slightly pear shaped, breaded with an Englaise (sub crushed doritos for bread crumbs).

    Crushed corn flakes were the deal way back when. When I use an englaise, I like a mix of panko and corn meal along with a lot of seasoning.

    Take a party pack of Hawaiian rolls, load it up with honey ham and swiss. Top with a mix of butter, brown sugar, worcestershire, Dijon, and dried onions. Sprinkle with poppies.

    They came out great. Cooked them for 3.5 hours. Guys loved them at work. Didn’t bring enough and going to bring more tomorrow. Got a vacuum sealer off Amazon for 20$. 4.5 stars or do with 7k reviews
