Could just keep the seats folded down when no one is riding back there.

Used to drive dump trucks for a living. Learned to drive stick in one. Remember growing up saying I can’t see out the back! And my dad yelling at me, “use yer side mirrors boy!”

as for the rear camera in today’s vehicles, using my mirrors is so ingrained in me find myself not using it. Great for hooking up a trailer, though don’t need it, have towed trailers most of my life and do it by feel.

My boss used to give me crap for looking behind me. I learned to use the mirrors to avoid ridicule haha

I love back up cameras for final 6 inches and holy crap trailers are easy mode with the camera

Ha! Yeah nothing like being fussed at to make you learn.

We had a lazy “S” turn driveway at our old shop that I had to back a trailer around…now the trucks practically do it for you.

Now it seems when I back out of parking spot, no matter how times I check my mirrors, camera or even turn my head around…someone always jumps right out behind me. “They weren’t there a second ago! What the hell!?” Dunno, feels like people just assume that you can see them while backing up and don’t yield. Just ignorant to the world around them.

When I had my 2007 Corolla I was trying to pull out of a parking space in just-a-little-too-tight space. I had already aborted the backup 3 times for passing speeders and whne it was finally clear I started backing out. Some 90-year clown-wit with a tiny yippy dog whe could not have walked through because of the cars and had clear vision of my aborted backup attempts was walking directly behind me anyway. He bitch-whined about me almost hitting him. I should have hit him and run over his stupid yippy mutt as a public service.

    Lol!

Always think in those situations “who did you think is going to loose this battle here???” Lol!

As Confucius once said, “The one with the most lug nuts usually wins!”

According to the manual rear seat head restraints fold forward on both AC and DC

AC folds fully down (well kinda) and the DC only partial. The ACs do not come out unfortunately. Was going to do a rear seat delete on my AC, but found that jump seats make a nice spot to hold paper grocery bags to reuse.

Double cab folds down enough that you get good vision. As long as you're sitting high enough in driver's seat to see above steering wheel and not lounging like in a Laz z Boy. It's not rocket surgery to fold them. They're head restraints for safety not head rests for comfort. Some people look like they're lying down when they're driving. They think it's cool but NOT !
